Hive creates the most beautiful hand-crafted ukuleles. Each one is unique and designs are never repeated. With a name like Hive, we felt it was appropriate to photograph the ukes among tree branches.
What We Did
We grabbed branches outside, set up the studio and went to work. It’s a different approach to showing masterpieces of design, but that’s what makes a brand stand out. We also directed, shot and edited a video interview of Jake Maclay, the master craftsman in his studio. A humble man crafting a humble instrument.
